Unfriendly reception had to be 15 min. wait in front of the hotel. Hotel unheated at 7 ° outside temperature. Div things in the room broken. Everything is filthy.

Stayed here for three days and can fully recommend the hotel. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Overall great value for money!

In the restaurant you are served very well and friendly, you don't wait very long for the food, the prices are moderate and the food is delicious! A recommended restaurant!

Operation and service completely overwhelmed. Three times got the wrong food, when pouring by the waiter the wine was spilled. No concessions by the owners, even the promised espresso had to be paid. This is not possible. Once and not again.

Food in the interior and exterior very good in terms of quality and quantity. Point deduction but for the chaos at full local. There was almost nothing left, the staff was totally overwhelmed.

Actually, a nice hotel, but the service on arrival was totally overwhelmed! The poor guy had to use the hotel and restaurant alone (hats off he gave everything)! Food in the restaurant was very good! Unfortunately breakfast was served only from 8.00!

Service a little too slow and inattentive. Nice little restaurant in the middle of Badenweiler with an outside terrace. The Swiss sausage salad was extremely good and tasty. The papardelle with chanterelles were ok, but a bit too dry, the Munster bratwurst with french fries was also good. But for the fact that so few tables (2-3) were occupied, the waitress / landlady was not very attentive. She didn't ask once during the meal whether everything was okay and tasted, etc. When we were long finished, she cleared the next table and left us with the dirty dishes, didn't put anything away for a long time and didn't ask whether it was was good or we would have had another wish. So we preferred to go somewhere else for coffee and cake. Conclusion: the food is good, there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of service and attention.

Very nice and big rooms lots of extra's. lays next to a street full of stores. Im loving this hotel always when i come visit it.

The welcome is warm. The restaurant food is delicious! The interior is classy and modern. I highly recommend this place!
